Weather Conditions

While all efforts are undertaken to provide a comprehensive clean up, wet weather may hinder clean-up efforts. Some debris may remain due to surface moisture.

Stump Grinding & Poisoning

  • Stump Grindings will remain onsite.
  • Stump Grinding is to just below ground level unless otherwise specified. All services need to be clearly marked and potholed when stumps are being removed/grubbed or ground.
  • Expert Tree Removal will accept no liability for service disruptions or damage to unidentified underground services.
  • Stump Treatment Conditions
If stump grinding is not included, we poison the stump at the time of cutting, but some trees can still reshoot. Where access allows, we always recommend stump grinding to prevent regrowth.
If grinding isn’t done, we suggest reapplying poison every two weeks until no new shoots appear.
  • Grinding includes trunk area only; surface/lateral roots excluded unless agreed upon.
  • Customers are responsible for a “Dial Before You Dig” report to locate underground services. No liability for related damage will be accepted.
  • Poisoning Conditions: Certain weeds or trees may require multiple treatments due to resistance or uneven herbicide application. Reapplications should be done every 2–3 weeks until effective control is achieved. Ongoing maintenance is the responsibility and expense of the customer. For optimal results, we recommend a combination of chemical, manual, and mulching methods. Please note that all follow-up treatments will incur additional costs.

Fences, Pools

  • Fences – In some cases, damage caused by trees growing against fences may not be visible until removal is complete. Additionally, fences may shift or become unstable during removal if a tree has been resting against them over time. Such damage is not covered
  • Customers must cover or clean pool filters prior to work.
  • Credit card payments will incur a 2.2% charge on top of the total
